Shipping time is dependent on the type of shipping you select at checkout, and AFTER the allotted 5-6 days of processing time (we need time to embroider/process your order!). The "estimated delivery time" during the checkout process is the earliest delivery date (can be delivered later than this date).
We ship orders AFTER they are made, which can take 5-6 days. We ship orders Monday-Friday, depending on the hours determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS) offices.
We ship all of our items through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We ship worldwide! Shipping cost for international orders will be added to the purchase price - if you have any issues with shipping at checkout, please contact us at wolfcreekcowgirlco@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @wolfcreekcowgirlco and we will do everything we can to help you with your order.
Economy shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders!
For priority shipping of domestic orders, we charge a flat rate of $8 for all orders.
For international orders, the shipping cost will be included within the product order and the customer is responsible for both the shipping cost as well as the total order cost. International orders are based off of package weight and calculated in real time rates. There is no estimated or average rate that we suggest since shipment to different countries will all fluctuate and vary in price.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip with your original order number.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have exceeded the 14 day reurn window or items that are damaged after delivery.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
